Insurance Industry to Help Fix the Big Ooops!

The insurance industry will help fix the big blunder in the new health care reform bill/law. They agree to fix the coverage gap for children with pre existing conditions. A spokesman for the insurance industry said, they will not block the president's efforts to correct a very embarrassing mistake in the new law. Insurance industry's lobbyist wrote, they will accept new regulations and thus dispel uncertainty over the president's publicized, so called, guarantee that children with medical pre-existing conditions will be able to get coverage starting this year, (not 2014 as it appears in the new law.) The error in the new law goes to show that politicians intent don't always agree with their words and someone else had to fix the problem. In this case the public didn't have to pay the price, not yet.

  1. maybe the insurance companies aren't as evil as the president made them out to be sounds as if they saved him from a lot of double talk and explaining.
They still make too much money on the backs of some of the poor. Sure hope the president thanks them in public for what they have done for the children!
