$875 Billion Bill ** Deem-it-Passed?

$875 Billion Healthcare Bill: House is going to Deem it passed...
At the present time 6:45 pm the house :

OK here it is down and dirty:

The majority party wants to pass a bill, they want it to become law!
The majority party knows they don't have enough votes to pass the bill!
In order to make this bill law they will take "A" Bill passed by the Senate and deem it to be passed by the house without a vote and then vote on changes to "fix" it.
I am not sure what constitution they are reading but, it is not the US constitution.

If this is allowed to take place there will be NO direct vote by congress on a $875 billion healthcare bill.

Please note: in this report there is no slant on any bill but rather information of the process and this process is flawed.

This is wrong very wrong and if you don't agree, OK, but please do not say, "but the other party did it." Two wrong do not a right make!

No party has ever use this on anything, even to close to, this size ie $$$$$$
$875 Billion $875 Billion

Health Care Reform, you bet we need it, we need what is good for the country and when over half of our elected reps. can't agree we need something else.
What say you, please comment!

  1. The speaker of the House said "WE WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO GET THIS BILL PASSED"
This is not how our government works or not how it was supposed to work. VOTE and if that doesn't work go back and change and try again until you get what is best for the people.

  2. Half the Senate agreed and passed a bill, the house agreed and passed a bill, which takes 50% +1 (majority). They were not the same exact bill. So, "Reconciliation" is needed to comform the two versions into a bill that will be sent to President Obama for his signature.
Reconciliation has been used 22 times previously by Republicans....Arlen Spector filed info to document such.

Healthcare reform will pass. We have heard all the "its over 2,000 pages", "we haven't read it", "we need more time", "death panels", "we don't want to pull the plug on Gramma", "not this bill", "we can't afford it", "lets start over", "not this healthcare reform", etc. Its time to crap or get off the pot.
We have 41 Republican Senators sitting on their N_ts, contributing nothing.....call or write them.......Tell them to do something, even if its wrong. You can do likewise with the Reps.
Either Lead, Follow, or get the Heck out of the way. We need to get this country moving !!!!!!!!!!
